Linked Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation based in Seattle. Founded in 1992, it has 25 years of experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics GP with quoting, CRM and credit-card software. Linked Systems was founded by Eric Siko, a software engineer with a unique background in software development, sales and accounting, including a degree in Software and Accounting from the University of Washington.

Our approach to integration is to deliver an application which is 90 percent prebuilt to save you money, then customize the final 10 percent to give you everything you need from an integration. Linked Systems has worked with 1,500 customers over the past 25 years; we currently have more than 1,000 licenses in use on a daily basis.



Linked Systems provides mission-critical remote support to our customers, making sure their critical integrations between Sales and Accounting have 100 percent uptime.  We can also provide another layer of support for QuoteWerks for your company, providing after-hours support and help with QuoteWerks upgrades and implementation. We provide each customer with a private, secure portal so they can view the status of their projects, tickets and requested quotes. User can make sales and support requests directly from the customer portal.

Your linked systems Support contract provides you with unlimited toll-free Technical Support and email support for one year for Linked Systems 2017 for built-in features of Linked Systems 2017.  Support for built in features in Linked Systems 2017 integration are covered under the support contract.   So functionality that is used by all customers is supported and we will fix for free as long as your support contract is current.  Customizations are not included in this unlimited support.  The Support Contract also provides your company with updates (new built-in features of Linked Systems 2017) and compatibility upgrades (compatibility releases) for one year.  Each time Great Plains, GoldMine or Quotewerks releases a new version, you may need to upgrade your link in order to use it with that new version.  Up to 2 hours of upgrade assistance (per year) is also included in the contract to assist with upgrades of Linked systems when the customer upgrades Goldmine, Great Plains or Quotewerks.  This time can only be used for the Linked System’s upgrade.  If you need assistance with upgrading Quotewerks, GoldMine or Great Plains, this will require billable time.
