LINKED SYSTEMS 2010 FOR QUOTEWERKS
 

Linked Systems 2010 provides 7 major integration points between QuoteWerks^® and Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.  This integration is currently in its 4th generation and has been used by hundreds of customers since 2003.   Scroll down for more info : brochures, pricing and system requirements.
 

• VALIDATE YOUR DATA: A critical feature of our product includes automatic data validation/quote checking from within QuoteWerks^® for the Sales rep and a preview of the order synch for the Accounting staff to catch bad/missing data before it is sent to Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.  This module is included with the Batch license or can be purchased separately / used with or without Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.
• SYNCH ORDERS: Synchronize Quotes/Orders from QuoteWerks^® into Microsoft Dynamics GP^® Sales Order Processing and add customers, items and vendors from those quotes/orders automatically.  You can synchronize orders in batches or synch the current quote on the screen in real-time by selecting "export to Great Plains" right from the QuoteWerks menu.
• SYNCH CUSTOMERS: Add new customers on quotes that you synch from Quotewerks^® into Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.  Users can handle billto conflicts, shipto conflicts, add new customers and link to existing customers while synching orders.
• SYNCH INVENTORY: Synchronize new items from QuoteWerks^® into Microsoft Dynamics GP^® and synchronize inventory items from Microsoft Dynamics GP^® back into QuoteWerks^® product databases to minimize errors and reduce data entry time. Users can assign new item classes to items and new items will appear in the QuoteWerks^® product database.
• SYNCH VENDORS: Synchronize new vendors from QuoteWerks^® into Microsoft Dynamics GP^® and synch vendors back into QuoteWerks^® into lookups to minimize errors.  Users can select existing vendors and see Microsoft Dynamics GP^® vendor ids or add new vendors as needed to process orders.  Vendor information will be automatically updated into the Quote after the order is synched.
• SYNCH PURCHASE ORDERS: Creates Purchase Orders for synchronized orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.  Multiple options are available to easily create purchase orders one per vendor, one per order, one per item, etc.,  and manual override is available per item.  This feature will save your staff hundreds of hours on data entry and streamline your fulfillment process to ship orders quicker.
• PROCESS CREDIT CARDS: Authorize credit cards for orders that you synch to Microsoft Dynamics GP^® during the order synch and process the credit card payment like you normally would within Nodus^® and Microsoft Dynamics GP^® (additional Linked Systems for Nodus^® module and Nodus^® credit card processing software may be required)

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS



Software requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics GP^® v10, 9 or 8
• Note : Data validation module can be used without MS Great Plains Dynamics
• QuoteWerks^® v4 or v4.5 Standard/Enterprise
• Microsoft SQL Server^® 2000, 2005, 2007 or 2008

Accounting System module requirements

• Required Modules - Sales order processing, System Manager, Receivables Management
• Recommended Modules - Payables Management, Inventory Management, Invoicing,  Purchase Orders

Server Requirements

• Pentium 3/2.2 Ghz or greater with at least 2 Gb RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display.
• 500 Mb of disk space for isntallation
• Windows 2000 or 2003 Server
• IMPORTANT : Linked Systems needs to host a Linked Systems database on one of your sql servers.  This is a requirement to install/use our  Linked Systems software.

Workstation Requirements

• Pentium/900 mhz or faster computer with at least 256MB RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display
• Microsoft Windows 2000^®, Microsoft Windows XP^® or Microsoft Vista^®

SQL License Requirements

• Linked Systems 2010 requires a SQL license for each workstation that will run the Linked Systems 2010 application.   This license is NOT included in the price of Linked Systems 2010.
• The license can be shared with Microsoft Dynamics GP^®, QuoteWerks^® or any other application on that workstation
• CAL (client access license) or Server processor licenses are acceptable
• Microsoft Dynamics GP^® runtime server licenses are NOT acceptable
