LINKED SYSTEMS 2010 FOR NODUS
 

Linked Systems 2010 provides 3 major integration points between your CRM / QuoteWerks^® and Nodus^® / Microsoft Dynamics GP^®.  This integration is currently in it's 3rd generation and is being used by hundreds of customers every day since 2005.  Scroll down for more info : brochures, pricing and system requirements.
 

• AUTHORIZE CREDIT CARDS FROM YOUR CRM AND QUOTEWERKS : Authorize credit cards in real-time while entering orders in CRM systems like GoldMine^®, entering quotes from QuoteWerks^® or synching quotes/orders from QuoteWerks into Great Plains.  The interface will authorize the card in real-time and provide you with an authorization code and/or store that data in your CRM's history or QuoteWerks^® field.
• PAYMENTS FLOW INTO MS GREAT PLAINS : Credit card payments process through to Nodus CCA and Microsoft Dynamics GP^® just as you had entered the order directly into Microsoft Dynamics GP^® Sales Transaction Entry..  Once the payment is received in Great Plains, Nodus takes over and automates bank reconciliation, end of day shipping and other daily tasks.
• STORE UNLIMITED CREDIT CARDS : Microsoft Dynamics GP^® limits the number of credits you can save to just 1 card! Our integration allows you to save unlimited number of credit cards, select from a drop down of cards in Quotewerks or your CRM and provides data entry validation, xxxx security masking and 128-bit encryption of data.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS



Software requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics GP^® v10, 9 or 8
• Nodus Credit Card Advantage^®
• Nodus Transact Advantage^® or Bluepay^® Merchant account is required for real-time authorizations
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000^®, 2005, 2007 or 2008

Accounting System module requirements

• Required Modules - Sales order processing, System Manager, Receivables Management
• Recommended Modules - Payables Management, Inventory Management, Invoicing, Purchase Orders

Server Requirements

• Pentium 3/2.2 Ghz or greater with at least 2 Gb RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display.
• 500 Mb of disk space for isntallation
• Microsoft Windows 2000^® or 2003 Server
• IMPORTANT : Linked Systems needs to host a Linked Systems database on one of your sql servers.  This is a requirement to install/use our Linked Systems software.

Workstation Requirements

• Pentium/900 mhz or faster computer with at least 256MB RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display
• Microsoft Windows 2000^®, Microsoft Windows XP^® or Microsoft Vista^®
