RETURN POLICY


Linked Systems, Inc. has been in business for 18 years.  Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.

• Product Licenses and support contracts are refundable 30 Days from date of purchase.
   
• Installation/customization/labor/training hours are refundable 30 days from the date of purchase and only if the installation/customization/training has not yet been performed by Linked Systems.
   
• Terms in Linked Systems Engagement Contracts supersede these terms.
   
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of request and we reserve the right to refund via credit card or send you a check.
