LINKED SYSTEMS 2010 FOR CRM
 

Linked Systems 2010 provides five major integration points between Microsoft Dynamics GP® and GoldMine® / ACT!® / other CRM systems.  This integration is currently in its 8th generation and is being used by thousands of customers every day since 1992.  Scroll down for more info : brochures, pricing and system requirements.  Note : GoldMine Premium editions v8.5 and v9 are now supported!

  • LOOK UP ACCOUNTING DATA: Lookup real-time customer, order, po Information from your CRM.
  • BI-DIRECTIONAL SYNCHRONIZATION : Add/Update customer information bi-directionally between your CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP®.
  • ORDER ENTRY : Enter Orders in Real-Time right from CRM.
  • CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Store unlimited credit cards and process credit cards in real-time during order entry in GoldMine.  (additional Linked Systems module and Nodus credit card processing software may be required)

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS



Software requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP® v10, 9 or 8
  • GoldMine® v9 or 8.5 (premium edition), GoldMine dbase/sql v6 or v5. Please note, we do not support v7 of GoldMine - v5, 6, 8 or 9.
  • Can be used with other CRMs like Connectwise® and ACT!®
  • Can be used as a standalone product also
  • Microsoft SQL Server® 2000, 2005, 2007 or 2008


Accounting System module requirements

  • Required Modules - Sales order processing, System Manager, Receivables Management
  • Recommended Modules - Payables Management, Inventory Management, Invoicing, , Purchase Orders


Server Requirements

  • Pentium 3/2.2 Ghz or greater with at least 2 Gb RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display.
  • 500 Mb of disk space for isntallation
  • Microsoft Windows 2000®, 2003, 2007 or 2008 Servers
  • IMPORTANT : Linked Systems needs to host a Linked Systems database on one of your sql servers.  This is a requirement to install/use our Linked Systems software.


Workstation Requirements

  • Pentium/900 mhz or faster computer with at least 256MB RAM, a color monitor with 800x600 VGA or better display
  • Microsoft Windows 2000®, Windows XP® or Vista®
